Canton Fair, Guangzhou: The Chairs and Tables Buyers Stopped For
Four days in Guangzhou, one booth hall and hundreds of conversations. These are the models that drew the most attention at our stand — and the questions buyers asked us most often.
The Canton Fair is still the quickest way for an overseas buyer to see a whole industry in four days. Buyers arrive with a short list, walk the halls, and leave with two or three factories to compare. Our team exhibits every season, and this page is our record of the fair.
What we put on the booth
We keep the stand simple: one wall of chairs, one dining set, one corner of upholstery and a rail of barstools. A buyer who is sourcing a mixed container can see the whole programme in ten minutes — which is usually all the time they have before the next meeting.
- Plastic chairs. The Hollow Plastic Chair (MSA056) and the Plastic Air Chair family (MSA111, MSA112). One-piece polypropylene, stackable, and the models most buyers use to open a new market.
- Metal dining chairs. The Tolix-style MSA012 series in powder-coated steel — plain, or with a solid wood seat panel.
- Upholstered chairs. Velvet accent chairs on tapered metal legs, including the bubble-tufted and cloud-quilted designs.
- Tables. MDF and tempered glass tops on solid beech wood legs, all packed knock-down to keep container volume down.
- Barstools. Gas-lift swivel models in waterproof PU leather, plus fixed-height velvet stools on tapered legs.
The four questions we answered most
- “What is your MOQ?” 100 pcs per model. Most buyers start with a mixed container covering four or five models rather than a full container of one.
- “Can I mix models in one container?” Yes — and we recommend it for a first order. Send us the model numbers and your container type, and our engineer will prepare a loading plan before you book.
- “Do you have test reports?” We run incoming material inspection, in-line inspection and a 100% function test on every order, and TUV testing reports for finished products are available on request. If your market requires a specific standard, tell us before the order is confirmed — arranging it afterwards is far more expensive.
- “Can you produce my own design?” Yes. We have our own design team and work both OEM and ODM. Fabric, colour, leg finish and packaging can all be customised.
If you are coming next season
Two things make a fair visit far more productive: book your meeting before you travel, and tell us which models you want to see. We will have the samples, the fabric cards and a first-pass quotation waiting for you instead of starting from zero at the booth.
