We have been ordering dining chairs from MSA for three seasons. What we value most is consistency — the chairs in the second container look exactly like the samples approved in the first one. Their loading plan always matches the actual container.

Mixed container loading is the reason we started working with this factory. We can test four models in one order and see which one sells. Their sales team replies very fast, usually within a few hours.

Price is competitive, but what made us stay is the quality control. We had one small issue with packing in the beginning, they corrected it in the next shipment without arguing. That is how a supplier should behave.

We ordered barstools and tables for a hotel project. TUV test reports were provided as promised, and the loading report with photos helped our customs clearance a lot. Delivery was on time.

I started with one small trial order of plastic chairs and now order regularly. The MOQ is flexible for a new client, and the packing is strong enough for long sea transport. Good partner for online sellers.

We needed customized fabric and color for our own brand. They made the samples, confirmed every detail before production and delivered on schedule. Communication in English is clear and professional.
