Office Chairs for Wholesale: Executive, Mesh or Cantilever?
Three office chair families, three different buyers. A guide to picking the right one for your channel, plus the specification details that decide whether a container of office chairs sells or sits.
Office seating is less forgiving than dining seating. Buyers sit in it for eight hours, and a squeak, a sagging seat or a gas lift that drops after six months turns into a warranty claim. That is why the specification conversation matters more here than in any other category we produce.
Executive chairs: PU leather, high back, visible status
Upholstered executive chairs sell to distributors supplying corporate offices, banks, dealerships and anywhere the chair is part of how the room looks.
- What sells: a high back, thick padding you can see, armrests, and a chrome or polished base.
- Our models: MSA-O-25 (PU Leather Executive Office Chair, chrome armrest frame and five-star base) and MSA-O-60 (Luxury PU Executive Boss Chair, curved plywood frame with veneer).
- Watch out for: PU leather grade. Thin PU splits at the seat edge within a year — always ask for the material thickness and a sample before a large order.
Mesh chairs: the volume seller
Breathable mesh backs with a fabric seat sell in far higher volumes than executive chairs because they are lighter to ship and easier to price. In warm markets they are the default.
- What sells: adjustable height, tilt tension, a headrest where the market expects one, and a base that does not flex.
- Our models: MSA-O-10-A (Mesh Ergonomic Office Chair), MSA-O-15-A (Adjustable Mesh) and MSA-O-34 (Ergonomic High Back Mesh) — breathable black mesh on a chrome five-star base.
- Watch out for: mesh tension. Cheap mesh sags visibly within a year, and it is the first thing a retail customer notices.
Cantilever and accent seating
A third group that sells well alongside the first two: cantilever chairs and velvet swivel chairs for reception areas, meeting rooms and waiting spaces.
- Our models: MSA073-D (PU Leather Cantilever Chair, polished chrome frame) and MSA100-D2 (Velvet Upholstered Swivel Chair with a metal five-star base).
- Why they are worth stocking: they carry a higher margin than mesh chairs and use the same container space, so they improve the average value of a shipment.

How we test
Every office chair order runs through incoming material inspection, in-line inspection and a 100% function test before packing — gas lift travel, swivel action, tilt and lock, and base stability. TUV testing reports for finished products are available on request.
